Who We Are

Expert Support is a technical communications firm that was founded in 1990. We cater to a number of blue-chip Silicon Valley companies. Our differentiating capability is producing volumes of API docs and similar hard-core technical documents for professional software developers. We also produce effective documentation for IT professionals, systems administrators, end users, and technology marketing clients. In many cases, we help set up, organize, and streamline technical communication systems and work processes based on best practices.
